Dr.
Klausner is a participating provider in the Southwest
Florida Physicians Association, Community Health Partners,
Medicare, many Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans and multple other
insurance plans. For patients enrolled in these plans and seeing
us for covered services, our office will file your insurance
claims and collect any co-pays, coinsurance or deductibles due at the
time of service. Please call our office and contact your insurer
to obtain more information about our network participation status in
your insurance plan.
Dr. Klausner participates in Medicare and accepts Medicare assignment for covered services.
